We are looking for a highly organized and efficient professional to lead our HR and administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Manage full recruitment cycle (job posting to onboarding)
• Oversee employee relations, performance management & conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws & company policies
• Administer payroll, benefits & leave management
• Manage office operations, facilities & vendor coordination

Qualifications:
