Position Overview
The Head – Admissions & Parent Relations will lead the school’s admissions strategy, oversee enrolment operations, and serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families. This role requires a warm, articulate, and professional communicator who can represent the school’s vision effectively, drive enquiry-to-admission conversions, and maintain strong parent engagement throughout the academic journey.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual admissions plan aligned with school capacity and long-term goals.
Manage and convert new enquiries through structured counselling, campus tours, and timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, ensuring transparency, clarity, and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate data and MIS reports for enquiries, admissions, withdrawals, and parent feedback.
Collaborate with the Principal, Vice Principal, and Accounts team for approvals, fee structures, and documentation.
Organise open houses, admission events, school tours, and community outreach activities.
Lead and mentor an admissions support team to ensure personalised and prompt service at all touchpoints.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Post-Graduate with 5–10 years of experience in school admissions, parent relations, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Warm personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and professional grooming.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, and data reporting.
Experience in premium schools, hotels, universities, or wellness centres will be an added advantage.
